The Brooke Weston Trust is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Manager to lead a high-quality maintenance service across its schools. You will manage a mobile team, coordinate repairs and planned works, and work closely with school leaders and contractors to ensure safe, compliant and well‑maintained environments for students and staff.

This role emphasizes leadership, proactive problem-solving and strong communication to drive high standards and positive learning conditions across the trust's estate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of building safety, compliance and risk management.
• Effective communication and collaboration with school leaders, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality maintenance service across Brooke Weston Trust schools.
• Manage and support a mobile maintenance team and coordinate repairs/planned works across multiple sites.
• Ensure maintenance activities are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with school leaders and external contractors to support the Trust's estate development.
