Job summary

Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a Mobile Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities team at the academy. The role involves assisting with care of premises, maintenance, minor repairs and refurbishment, porterage and related duties to support health, safety and security on site.

Applicants should have a flexible approach to working hours and duties and may cover colleagues' duties in their absence. 26,016 pounds per year, plus 25 days annual leave and bank holidays.

• Assist the Estates Team with the care of academy premises, including general maintenance duties, minor repair and refurbishment works, porterage and other duties, supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring health and safety and security of the academy.

Salary: £26,016 per annum + 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

This position will assist the wider Estates Team with the care of the academy premises, ranging from general maintenance duties including minor repair and refurbishment works, porterage and other duties, supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the health and safety and security of a busy academy.
