CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an established Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover a commercial portfolio across Kent, including Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Rochester and Sidcup. The role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of up to £34,000 and travel time paid.

You will perform emergency lighting and fire alarm tests, basic lighting, carpentry, plumbing and furniture fixes, update log books and oversee subcontractors.

Formación

• Level 1 or 2 in plumbing or fabric trade.
• Sound administrative and organisational skills.
• General Building Maintenance experience.
• Clean UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests.
• Painting & Decorating.
• Basic lighting tasks.
• Basic carpentry and plumbing.
• Fixing furniture and fittings.
• Hanging pictures & shelves.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Assist on-site maintenance team and escort subcontractors.
• Undertake basic fabric duties and minor repairs.
