Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking two Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM service provider, covering infrastructure sites across Kent. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance to keep services safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

You're expected to have City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3, 18th Edition, and a strong fault-finding capability. The role offers a salary up to £42,000, company van and fuel card, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Must provide copies of all relevant trade certificates.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across infrastructure sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults on lighting, power distribution and building services.
• Complete lighting maintenance, lamp changes, ballast changes, and lighting control systems.
• Carry out emergency lighting testing and remedial works.
• Install new sockets, lighting circuits, containment, and minor electrical installations.
• Maintain electrical control panels, transformers, and star-delta starters.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out basic general building maintenance where required.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Liaise professionally with clients, site representatives, and subcontractors to ensure high service delivery.
