Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd invites applications for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join an established FM service provider in Sussex. You will cover multiple commercial sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, with a salary up to £33,858 and additional benefits.

We offer overtime, further training, and clear routes for career progression. The role is based in the Sussex region with standard Monday–Friday hours and a focus on client-facing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable).
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled.
• Good communication skills.
• Client facing.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as door hardware, locks and hinges.
• Paint, plasterboard and flooring repairs as required.
• Assist with minor plumbing and blinds installation/repair.
• Maintain and update site log books and records.
• Escort subcontractors on-site and support the maintenance team.
