CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to support a Sussex-based FM service provider. The role covers commercial sites with planned and reactive maintenance across the region, requiring a proven track record in building maintenance and strong client-facing skills.

The package includes a basic salary of up to £33,858, 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company pension, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Painting and plasterboard.
• Changing locks.
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing.
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
