Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to deliver mobile facilities support across client sites, covering LN and PE postcodes. You will carry out building fabric maintenance, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will respond to queries, keep clients informed of site activities, and maintain excellent relationships while completing work efficiently. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric maintenance (patch repairs, carpentry, plumbing, decorating).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Full, current UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking all building fabric activities across client sites.
• Responding to client queries and reporting defects; keeping clients informed during visits.
• Providing mobile facilities maintenance support across multiple locations.
• Delivering high-quality service while maintaining excellent client relationships.
