Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to deliver mobile facilities support across client sites, covering LN and PE postcodes. You will carry out building fabric maintenance, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will respond to queries, keep clients informed of site activities, and maintain excellent relationships while completing work efficiently. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric maintenance (patch repairs, carpentry, plumbing, decorating).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Full, current UK driving licence required.

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the LN and PE postcodes. Role Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Responding to client queries, reporting any defects, and keeping clients informed of site activities during service visits.
• Providing mobile facilities maintenance support across multiple client locations.
• Delivering a high-quality service while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring works are completed efficiently.
  Full, current UK driving licence.
• Background in facilities maintenance, mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar environment.
• Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3.
• Experience carrying out building fabric maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, decorating and repairs.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
