Qualifications

• Must hold a full, current driving license.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all building fabric activities (patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating).
• Maintain high health and safety standards and comply with statutory requirements.
• Report defects and keep the client informed of site activities during service visits.
