Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to deliver facilities support across client sites in LN and PE postcodes. The role covers patch repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, with focus on safety and compliance.

You will be responsible for reporting defects and communicating site activities during service visits, while maintaining high health and safety standards. The position offers development opportunities and a comprehensive perks package.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or mobile maintenance in construction or similar environment.
• Full, current driving licence.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking building fabric tasks such as patch repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Maintain health and safety and comply with statutory requirements.
• Answer queries, report defects and inform the client of site activities during visits.

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to provide Mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the LN & PE postcodes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating


• Ensuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements


• Required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit

What we're looking for:

• Full, current driving license


• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment


• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds
