Specsavers is seeking a Home Visits Optical Assistant to bring expert eye care to people at home across our UK territory. You’ll dispense at all levels and travel by car to patients’ homes, delivering compassionate care and practical vision support.

The role covers diverse locations and testing environments, with a part-time schedule (approximately 24 hours per week). You’ll join a friendly team that values patient comfort and community presence.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months optical experience with ability to dispense at all levels
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Desirable experience in customer service or home care

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home across our UK territory to provide eye care
• Dispense eye wear and perform dispensing duties during home visits
• Provide compassionate, patient-centred care and lighting-fast service in homes
• Collaborate with local Specsavers teams to coordinate care and appointments
