Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services in the Worthing area. You will identify risks, implement PM programs, fault-find on diverse machinery and support health and safety within the maintenance team.

The role requires strong multiskilled capabilities, experience with 3-phase systems up to 440V, and the ability to work with heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes, as well as

Qualifications

• A Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship.
• City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications (to 17th Edition).
• City + Guilds Mechanical qualifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks through site equipment, update drawings, identify critical spares, improve machine performance, implement preventive maintenance program.
• Fault finding on all types of machinery.
• Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the Maintenance Department on heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes.
• Write and follow Risk Assessments and ensure issues are safely addressed.
• Work on Three Phase Systems up to 440V.
• Use CAFM system/mobile devices to plan and complete works.
