Job summary

United Living Group is seeking an on-site electrician to perform electrical installation, testing and sign-off on water industry projects across the region. You will work as part of a mixed electrical/mechanical team, with duties including site travel, documentation, and adherence to OH&S policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years post-qualification experience, a full UK driving licence, and relevant electrical qualifications such as NVQ level 3.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' related experience post qualification in electrical installation and testing, preferably in the UK water sector.
• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
• 17th / 18th Edition
• Jib Gold card
• Valid UK driving licence
• ECS Gold card
• EUSR clean water card
• Emergency first aid or First Aider

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation and refurbishment works on client sites within the region.
• Travel to client sites and potentially stay away from home during weekdays.
• Inspect, survey, identify faults, carry out works and test electrical systems.
• Complete required paperwork and compile reports to demonstrate installation and testing.
• Read, understand and follow risk assessments and method statements.
