Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver high service standards while meeting SLAs and maintenance schedules across client sites. Locations include Guildford, Reading and Slough.

You will perform electrical safety checks, PAT testing, reactive repairs and support preventative maintenance, with a full UK driving licence and City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 as key requirements.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• IT literate with strong customer service skills.
• Experience in facilities or mobile maintenance (construction sector preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, and reactive repairs
• Deliver planned maintenance across client sites
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory building regulations
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems
• Support preventative maintenance programmes through inspections and monitoring
