We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician with building services experience to join our mobile engineering team, covering multiple sites in the North West.

Role Summary

The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will perform PPM and reactive activities across the North West in accordance with contractual agreements.

Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as per the company’s PPM and task schedules.
• Undertaking PPM activities professionally and with quality.
• Producing technical and situational reports as needed.
• Using technology systems proactively to ensure contractual compliance.
• Performing requested works professionally and proactively.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
• Writing activity reports accurately and promptly.
• Assisting management with quotations by providing accurate information for additional work.
• Attending team meetings and briefings as required.
• Representing the company positively.
• Escalating major site issues or incidents promptly.
• Managing subcontractors on site.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
• Test & Inspection certification
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Basic fabric repair skills and knowledge of building fabric
• Basic plumbing skills
• Understanding of health and safety obligations in maintenance
• Willingness to work out of hours and participate in call-out rota
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driving license

Salary and Benefits

Standard hours: Monday-Friday

• Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays, 2x weekends, and 2x plus time in lieu for bank holidays
• Standby rates: £15/day, £50/bank holiday
