Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to support a diverse commercial property portfolio across Milton Keynes and Cambridge. You will deliver planned maintenance, diagnose faults, and improve asset reliability using BMS and CAFM systems.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition, F‑Gas, IPAF/PASMA and a full UK driving licence. It is a mobile, site‑based position with generous benefits including leave, pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in commercial building services.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and basic building fabric systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and minor works.
• Maintaining mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Completing statutory inspections, testing and maintenance.
• Using BMS, CAFM systems and mobile tech to record activity.
