Qualifications

• 17th/18th edition and NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline) with up-to-date training.
• Knowledge of building statutory compliance and safe working environment per Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Carry out modifications, installations, and calibrations to optimise reliability.
• Ensure KPIs met and liaise with contractors or suppliers.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and timely.
• Work to Mitie policies, reporting safety or equipment deficiencies.
