Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a Mobile Mechanical/Electrical Engineer / M&E Engineer to service HVAC systems across Southwest London, Surrey, Berkshire and surrounding areas. The role involves mechanical and electrical ppm work, reactive maintenance, plantroom checks and related building services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC, pumps, valves, and compliance-driven maintenance, and be comfortable working on a mobile, field-based contract with long-term

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC plant and building services.
• Strong knowledge of PPMs and site compliance.
• Reactive maintenance experience on commercial/building systems.
• Willingness to travel across Southwest London, Surrey and Berkshire.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Perform plantroom checks, service pumps, vessels, valves and lighting.
• Handle electrical remedials and site compliance tasks, including fire alarm testing.
• Assist with routine building maintenance and customer-facing tasks.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Mobile Mechanical/electrical Engineer / M&E Engineer
