Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a Mobile Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to service and maintain HVAC plant, plantrooms, pumps and related equipment across Southwest London, Surrey, Berkshire and surrounding areas. The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical services, PPMs and site compliance, with a reputation for reliability and long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance contracts.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake mechanical and electrical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant and associated systems.
• Perform plantroom checks, pump, vessel, valve, booster, and lighting maintenance.
• Carry out electrical remedials and periodic maintenance as required.
• Assist with fire alarm testing and emergency lighting checks on site.
