Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd. seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role across Colchester and Chelmsford. The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £38,000 per annum and a company vehicle provided.

You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installations on a range of commercial sites. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, AM2 and City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing, with a strong

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification required.
AM2 and City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing preferred.
Previous experience in electrical maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
Complete PPM, reactive repairs and installation works.
Fault finding and repairs across electrical equipment.
Electrical testing and inspection in line with legislation and specifications.
Work on lighting, distribution boards, pumps, motors, BMS, PAT, HVAC and EV systems.
Respond to reactive Helpdesk call-outs.
Participate in an on-call rota.
Update CAFM records and maintain documentation.
Ensure SLAs and site health & safety procedures.
