Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer for the North West Schools Contract. The role focuses on electrical bias with building services duties, requiring initiative and a proactive approach while delivering high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and HVAC experience, be able to plan their workload, produce quotes for extra works, and work within a team or solo. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 2/3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred).
• 18th edition
• Strong Electrical & HVAC experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of building fabric and basic fabric reactive repairs
• Health & Safety obligations in maintenance activities
• Willingness to work out of hours
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Participation in a call-out rota

Responsibilities

• Electrical PPMs and Reactive maintenance
• Building Services tasks
• Work as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Duties include: fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts and filter changes on AHU/FCU, boiler resets, basic plumbing and fabric tasks
