Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer (Electrical or HVAC bias) to cover sites across the North of England, between Leeds and Doncaster. The role includes carrying out PPM in line with SFG 20, addressing reactive tasks, and coordinating parts and paperwork with the contract admin.

You will work across diverse building services, maintain safe working practices, and support subcontractors as needed while ensuring a professional CBRE presence on site.

Qualifications

• Must have good English communication and basic maths ability.
• City and Guilds qualification relevant to electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with building services systems and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across Leeds to Doncaster with a valid UK driving licence.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to mechanical and electrical plant.
• Complete reactive and breakdown tasks and arrange spares with timescales.
• Ensure safe working practices with method statements and risk assessments.
• Keep accurate site logs and update maintenance system tickets.
• Oversee subcontractors and provide holiday/sickness cover as needed.
