Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer for maintenance across commercial offices, shops and leisure outlets in the Dartford area. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, with expectations to meet SLAs and KPIs while on the move between assigned sites.

Ideal candidates have extensive building services experience, electrics qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3) and a recognised maintenance/engineering discipline.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.
Electrically qualified City and Gilds level 3
Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline
To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements

Responsibilities

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, shops and leisure outlets, warehouses.
You will be required to respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs, ensuring that all SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) are met.
