Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Electrical Bias Engineer to cover Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet and London sites. You will respond to breakdowns, repair UPS systems, diagnose power quality issues and manage risk in data centres and critical environments.

Essential qualifications include 17th Edition wiring regs and City & Guilds Levels 2/3 with an electrical apprenticeship. The role demands flexibility for overtime and on-call work.

Qualifications

• Must meet essential electrical qualifications and safeguarding standards.
• Experience with electrical maintenance in critical environments is desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and O&M instructions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLAs.
• Repair modular UPS systems and diagnose power quality issues.
• Carry out site surveys, risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and incident reports.
• Provide emergency standby and respond to outages as needed.
