Job summary

PRS is recruiting a multiskilled maintenance electrician to maintain building services and plant on estates across the West Yorkshire area. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of plant rooms and building services engineering, compliance and a multiskilled background, including HVAC plant such as AHUs and fan coils.

You will work to ensure compliance and deliver PPM documentation. The position is permanent, paying up to £42,000 basic, with Mon-Fri daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3.
• Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician.
• Multiskilled background with HVAC plant experience (AHU's, fan coils).
• Familiar with compliance and PPM paperwork and records.
• Driving licence and willing to operate on a mobile basis.
• Experience in the Facilities Management sector with supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing building services / electrical maintenance.
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
• Cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
• Complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
• Respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
• Work on AHU's, fan coils and general HVAC plant room.
• Mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
• Compliance checks.
• Small works projects.
