Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover Huddersfield and surrounding CA, LA, PR, FY, Bl, BB and WN areas.

The role involves upgrading and installing electrical systems, performing maintenance, inspections and fault-finding across client sites. The ideal candidate will have a facilities management or mobile maintenance background, with City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and 17th/18th Edition.

Qualifications

• Background in facilities management or mobile maintenance environments.
• Experience delivering project works across a regional portfolio of sites.
• Level 2 and Level 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, installations and fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
• Carry out electrical installations, upgrades and minor works in line with safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing and fault-finding activities to ensure operational reliability.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and complete all required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent service standards.
