Job summary

Mitie Group plc in North West London is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our on-site team supporting the MET Police estate across North West London.

You will deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections and fault finding across multiple police stations, ensuring systems stay safe, compliant and fully operational.

This role involves working on a 1 in 6, 24/7 on-call rota and delivering high-quality maintenance with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Willingness to obtain MET Police CTC Clearance (7-10 months).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, inspections, and fault finding.
• Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and minor works in line with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and service records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Participate in a 1 in 6, 24/7 on-call rota.
