Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join an established Building Services company in the KT / TW postcode area.

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to perform planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract in the KT / TW postcode area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position is suitable for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar role who is interested in career progression. The company offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 and potential for further advancement.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballasts
• BMS System - Monitoring (e.g., Hot & Cold)
• Carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintaining and updating Log books

Hours of Work & Package

• Basic Salary up to £44,000
• 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £15 per Day standby allowance
• Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card
