Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including:
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Motors and pumps
• Distribution boards
• Diagnose and repair faults in building services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (18th Edition preferred).
• Experience in electrical maintenance within commercial facilities.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
