Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Mobile Engineer to cover a key portfolio across Watford, Reading and Southampton. You will manage routine maintenance, perform fault finding, and complete essential repairs, keeping sites up and running with autonomy.

The role offers a company vehicle, fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package, with Monday–Friday day shifts and field-based work across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering/maintenance experience in commercial or residential properties.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid UK driving licence and good customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance across a portfolio of sites.

The Role

Are you an experienced Engineer looking for autonomy, a great work-life balance, and a reliable, local route?

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer to cover a key portfolio of sites across M3 corridor. You'll be managing routine maintenance, quick-response fault finding, and essential repairs-keeping key sites running smoothly while enjoying the freedom of a mobile role.

• Competitive Pay: £45,000 - £47,000 basic salary (DOE)
