Randstad CPE is seeking a Field-based Mobile Engineer to cover a key portfolio of sites across the M3 corridor. You’ll be managing routine maintenance, fault finding, and essential repairs while enjoying a good work-life balance.

The role offers a company vehicle, fuel card, and a full benefits package, with hours Monday to Friday and field-based work across Watford, Reading and Southampton.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering/maintenance experience across commercial or residential property.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Great communication skills and a self-motivated mindset.
