An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join an established Building Services company based in the CR postcode area of Croydon, Surrey.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract based in CR Postcodes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position is ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar role who is keen on progression. The company offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 with potential career development opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballasts
• BMS System - Monitoring (e.g., Hot & Cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books

Hours of Work & Package

• Basic Salary of up to £44,000
• 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £15 per Day standby allowance
• Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical (Essential)
• Gold Card (Essential)
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)
