Job summary

CIBSE Journal is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer for a role primarily based at Manchester Airport, with mobile duties to other sites. You will perform planned and preventive maintenance, alongside reactive repairs and upgrades to electrical services in line with SFG20 and site requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong fault-finding skills, experience with commercial electrical systems, and excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance of electrical services.
• Perform reactive repairs and upgrades as required.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly PPM tasks following SFG20 requirements and document checks.
• Maintain and report on system checks and create clear reports for each task.
• Be willing to travel between Manchester Airport and other site locations as needed.
