Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer for Manchester Airport with responsibilities for maintenance, repairs and upgrades of electrical services across sites. The role requires fault-finding ability, customer-facing communication and readiness to work at heights.

The engineer will perform PPM tasks per SFG20, document check sheets and reports, and travel to other locations as required, bringing knowledge of critical environments and building services systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance in building services
• Knowledge of critical environments power, H&V systems, public address, fire alarms and emergency lighting
• Willingness to work at heights and travel to multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and preventative maintenance of electrical services
• Perform reactive repairs and upgrades
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly PPM tasks per SFG20 and document check sheets
• Carry out daily and weekly system checks and report findings
