Job summary

Innserve Ltd is seeking a proactive Installations Planner for a hybrid role based in the UK. You will coordinate installations and maintenance for drinks-dispense equipment across venues and licensed premises, acting as a key contact for engineers, managers and customers.

You will organise daily activities, manage timescales, and ensure smooth site visits with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. This role offers flexible benefits and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Confident communication skills by phone, email, in person and webchat.
• Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office including Excel, customer service, call centre or contact centre.
• The flexibility to support colleagues and to work with changing priorities, to achieve the wider team goals.
• Strong attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can work independently with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with a structured approach.
• The desire to be a strong team player who wants to succeed and deliver excellence.
• Licenced trade/brewery/beer dispense knowledge is useful but not essential

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Innserve's technicians, team managers and customers.
• Plan and organise daily activities such as maintenance or installation visits.
• Speak with customers to ensure they are ready for the technician's visit.
• Work to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.
