Job summary

Interaction - Northampton is seeking a Mobile Drainage Engineer to join our team in Solihull, West Midlands. The role is full-time and permanent, with standard hours 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Weekend work and callouts are available at enhanced rates.

Overtime is paid at 1.5x, and the callout rota is 1 in 2 with an additional 15% commission on the job value. Salary is £35,000–£37,000 per annum, with an average OTE of £50,000+.

Salary: £35,000-£37,000 per annum (Average OTE £50,000+)
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
