Job summary

First Choice Drainage Solutions is seeking Experienced Drainage Engineers to cover workload in London and surrounding counties. The role focuses on clearing blockages with high pressure water jetting and requires a minimum of 3 years in drainage.

A CSCS card and full UK driving licence are essential, with additional qualifications desirable. The successful candidate will receive a company mobile phone, a fully equipped van and uniform, with overtime and an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in drainage field.
• Valid qualifications in High Pressure Water Jetting and Confined Spaces (Desirable).
• Valid CSCS Card or be able to pass the exam.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Be well organised and have a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear blockages and operate high pressure water jetting equipment.
• Attend drains callouts in London and surrounding counties.
• Visit the Harlow office occasionally for meetings and tool/parts collection.
• Enjoy overtime and participate in the on-call rota.

Drainage Engineer Job Description

Here at First Choice Drainage Solutions we are looking for Experienced Drainage Engineers to cover our workload in London and the surrounding counties.

Applicants must be extremely competent at clearing blockages and using high pressure water jetting equipment with a minimum of 3 years experience. The successful applicant will hold the following attributes:

• Be experienced in the drainage trade
• Hold valid qualifications in High Pressure Water Jetting and Confined Spaces (Desirable)
• Hold a valid CSCS Card or be able to pass the exam
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
• Be well organised and have a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Good communication skills

Successful candidates will be provided with a company mobile phone, a fully equipped company van and uniform. There is overtime available and an oncall rota. We also continually invest the training and development needs of our staff, to ensure all required competencies are met.

The position is road based in London and surrounding counties. Our main office is based in Harlow and there would be a requirement to visit the office on occasions such as meetings and collection of tools and parts.
