Qualifications

• Must have previous retail leadership experience and strong commercial awareness.
• Flexible and adaptable to travel across multiple locations in East Scotland.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel regularly across East Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Provide Deputy Site Manager cover for Asda Express stores across East Scotland.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and leadership teams across locations.
• Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams with Site Managers.
• Drive sales, maintain standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead stores independently during periods of management absence.
• Ensure safety, operational and food standards compliance, including forecourt where applicable.
• Complete training in Greggs and Subway operations and support these areas.
• Support colleague development through coaching and on-the-job guidance.
