Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in East Scotland is seeking a Mobile Deputy Site Manager to cover Asda Express stores across the region. You will lead operations, support Store and Site Managers, and ensure high service standards while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Asda Express stores across East Scotland by providing Deputy Site Manager cover when required
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and leadership teams across multiple locations
• Work alongside Site Managers to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and deliver brilliant customer service
• Lead stores independently during periods of management absence
• Ensure compliance with all safety, operational and food standards, including PFS and forecourt operations where applicable
• Complete training in both Greggs and Subway operations and support these areas confidently within stores
• Support colleague development through coaching, training and on-the-job guidance
• Handle day-to-day people management matters professionally and fairly
