Parkingeye Customer Service - Mobile Attendant

Our Customer Service Team provides a professional, best-in-class service to all our customers, whether internal, client, or external. The Mobile Customer Service Attendant supports company operations by providing effective parking enforcement, customer service, and marshalling activity on client sites as required.

You’ll manage patrolling of the car parks to ensure adherence to terms and conditions and be the first point of contact for customer parking support and technical queries.

To succeed in this role, you need to be positive, resilient, a confident communicator, and promote our BLEND values at every opportunity.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer service and parking guidance to car park users while enforcing the client’s parking policy.
  2. Be adaptable to changing routes and activities across your designated patrol area.
  3. Proactively patrol the car parks to enforce and advise on parking restrictions.
  4. Issue Parking Charge Notices in accordance with legislation and best practice.
  5. Identify signage/equipment issues and provide first-line maintenance.
  6. Manage challenging conversations with car park users professionally.
  7. Manage traffic flow proactively on the car park.
  8. Collaborate with internal departments and the client to improve parking compliance.
  9. Report all incidents and accidents.
  10. Adhere to company policies and compliance when enforcement is necessary.
  11. Stay updated on GDPR and H&S requirements relevant to your role.
  12. Stay informed on industry standards.

Formal Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong communication skills, especially during challenging circumstances.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Ability to work outdoors.
  • Valid driving licence.
