Job Description

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for guest rooms, ensuring they are clean and comfortable, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning up to 15 guestrooms daily to meet Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards.
• Completing up to 13 house cleanings every 3 months.
• Maintaining supplies and reporting shortages promptly.
• Reporting maintenance issues and guest concerns.
• Participating in daily Housekeeping briefings and adhering to standards.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and focus on guest requirements.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift items up to 10kg.
