Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland, for the Courts & Tribunals Service, seeks an Area Relief Officer to secure multiple Mold court sites. You will manage access control, CCTV and incident response, providing a professional, welcoming service.

Role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible shifts across a defined radius. Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence, enhanced DBS/BS7858 clearance and a full UK driving licence. Good communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control across multiple Mold court sites.
• Operate CCTV and screening equipment; respond to incidents.

• Record and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Support safe movement of people within buildings and sites.
