Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in City of London is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to cover a 100% commercial portfolio. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

The package includes £40,000–£45,000 salary, 36-hour working week, Monday to Friday, in-house, commercial-based role with a company van and fuel card, plus an excellent pension and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial maintenance environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems.
• Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites.
• Fault-finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps and general water systems.
• Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential).
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards.
• Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts.
• Working across a 100% commercial portfolio, with no domestic work.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, working in-house across a portfolio of commercial properties in the City of London.
