Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer (Mobile) for Cornwall. You will be responsible for HVAC, PPMs, reactive M&E tasks, and small projects on systems across Cornwall.

A 40-hour week with a benefits package is provided, with the position based in Cornwall only. The role requires ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements, OFTEC servicing, and a full driving licence, with DBS eligibility.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and ability to obtain a DBS.
• ACS Certification (Domestic & Commercial Gas) with elements.
• OFTEC servicing qualification.
• Plumbing tasks and basic repairs.
• Small general fabric repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HVAC maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
• Perform Reactive M&E repairs and support minor projects/installations.
• Work on trade-specific systems and ensure compliance and safety.
