Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer (Mobile) for Cornwall. You will be responsible for HVAC, PPMs, reactive M&E tasks, and small projects on systems across Cornwall.

A 40-hour week with a benefits package is provided, with the position based in Cornwall only. The role requires ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements, OFTEC servicing, and a full driving licence, with DBS eligibility.

Qualifications

Full driving licence and ability to obtain a DBS.
ACS Certification (Domestic & Commercial Gas) with elements.
OFTEC servicing qualification.
Plumbing tasks and basic repairs.
Small general fabric repairs.

Responsibilities

Carry out HVAC maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
Perform Reactive M&E repairs and support minor projects/installations.
Work on trade-specific systems and ensure compliance and safety.

Our client isestablished Facilities Maintenance client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for a engineer who is looking for a 40 hour week with a great benefits package. The work will only be in Cornwall and not any further.

You will be required to carry out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M& E repairs and able to carry out minor projects/installations for specific trade associated systems
