Job summary

JCW, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to attend planned and reactive commercial gas and plumbing jobs across the Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, and Bath region.

This 40-hour week role includes a company vehicle (with option to personal use), door-to-door pay, and enhanced overtime at weekends and nights. Required: CCN1, CENWAT, COCN1, CDGA1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas are required.
• Excellent Gas and Plumbing experience.
• Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across a variety of gas and plumbing installation types.
• Valid UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites and carry out gas and plumbing works including reactive, planned maintenance, quoted works and small installations.
• Accurately use company IT systems and record relevant information.
• Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk and be included in the call-out rota.

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive commercial gas and plumbing jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:

• Attend customer sites and effectively carry out gas and plumbing works as required. This will include reactive, planned maintenance, quoted works and small works installations.
• Accurately use all company and client IT systems – ensuring accurate & relevant information is recorded.
• Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk.
• To be included within the company call out rota system.

The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. Flexible working is a must.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas:
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• COCN1
• CDGA1
• ICPN1
• CIGA1
• CORT1
• TPCP1A
  • Excellent Gas and Plumbing experience.
  • Other qualifications (OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA, LPG, Unvented & Catering) are a plus.
  • Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across a variety of gas and plumbing installation types.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations
• LPG & Catering are advantageous.
