Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to service a variety of commercial sites. You will attend planned and reactive gas and plumbing works in the Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon and Bath region, with a 40-hour work week and a pay rate of up to £22.75 per hour.

The role requires current Gas qualifications and a valid UK driving licence. You will join a team delivering high compliance standards and great customer service, with access to company benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong gas and plumbing experience across commercial settings.
• Reactive repair and diagnostics proficiency.
• Ability to work with multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites and perform gas and plumbing works (reactive, planned maintenance, quotes, small works).
• Accurately record information in company and client IT systems.
• Work as part of a service desk–driven rota and cover on-call duties.

Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Location – Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Bath region

Hours – 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate – Up to £22.75 per hour

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive commercial gas and plumbing jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:

• Attend customer sites and effectively carry out gas and plumbing works as required. This will include reactive, planned maintenance, quoted works and small works installations.
• Accurately use all company and client IT systems – ensuring accurate & relevant information is recorded.
• Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk.
• To be included within the company call out rota system.

The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. Flexible working is a must.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas:
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• COCN1
• CDGA1
• ICPN1
• CIGA1
• CORT1
• TPCP1A
• Excellent Gas and Plumbing experience.
• Other qualifications (OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA, LPG, Unvented & Catering) are a plus.
• Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across a variety of gas and plumbing installation types.
• Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations
• LPG & Catering are advantageous.
