Zusammenfassung

CPL UK is recruiting experienced nurses or healthcare professionals to join our private clients' Scottish mobile health project as Service Delivery Leads (SDLs). This role provides clinical and operational supervision, ensuring high quality, participant-centred services delivered by skilled teams on mobile clinics across Scotland.

You will lead clinical governance, manage staffing rotas, support phlebotomy tasks, and act as first on-site escalation.

Qualifikationen

• Registered clinician with evidence of CPD in relevant subjects.
• Experience in outpatient or similar clinical environment.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical and operational supervision of mobile clinic teams.
• Ensure strong participant flow and support quality improvements via feedback, audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead staffing rotas and escalate gaps or challenges to the Service Manager.
• Travel between mobile clinic locations across the UK and maintain high quality care.
