Job summary

Ascent Onsite Group seeks a capable supervisor to lead mobile cleaning teams across the West Midlands. You will plan rotas, conduct quality audits and directly manage operatives to meet client standards.

You will work with the divisional FM manager, use the Ops app for scheduling, and support induction and training. The role offers Real Living Wage, a company vehicle or mileage allowance, and funded BICSc training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cleaning team in mobile or multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of BICSc or equivalent cleaning standards.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Confident using mobile app-based scheduling tools.

You will manage a team of mobile cleaners covering multiple client sites across the West Midlands. Working directly with the divisional FM manager, you will be responsible for rotas, quality audits and direct line management of your operatives.

What you will do

• Plan and manage mobile cleaning rotas across a portfolio of sites
• Conduct quality audits against BICSc and client specifications
• Coordinate with the AOG Ops app for scheduling and sign-off
• Induct new cleaning operatives and maintain training records
• Report to the FM divisional manager and attend monthly contract reviews

What you need

• Experience managing a cleaning team, ideally in a mobile or multi-site operation
• Knowledge of BICSc or equivalent cleaning standards
• A full UK driving licence
• Confident with mobile app-based scheduling tools
