Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Scottish Water, 5 Buchanan Gate, Stepps, Lanarkshire, Scotland, G33 6FB

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team for a Mitie customer, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure that cleaning staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.
